We believe a strong social infrastructure is essential for an organisation, team or community that wants to move towards real regenerative change. Your culture is the base of everything, from which the structural, technical and financial infrastructure emerges. To make sure the whole operating system (whether that is a village, an organisation, a project...) runs successfully in the long run, it requires a free culture that isn't afraid to confront the oppressive patterns of our modern world, and foster honesty, empathy, trust, a sense of autonomy and belonging. The patterns cultivated here will be transported into all other structures too.
