Ausgehend vom Hope Hub in Galicien – ein lebendiger Prototyp und Forschungsraum für zukunftsfähiges Wirtschaften – zeigen sie, wie durch Vertrauen, Gemeinschaft und partizipative Strukturen neue Formen von Zusammenarbeit entstehen. Mit Impulsen aus Regenerative Leadership und Social Entrepreneurship beleuchten sie, wie Organisationen Kulturwandel gestalten können: von Kontrolle zu Beziehung, von Konkurrenz zu Kooperation, von Ressourcenverbrauch zu Regeneration.

She also explained why she believes that connecting the local with the global is crucial and most potent work in regenerative community building - and shared her lessons from trying to merge different ways of living and thinking with the very traditional Galician cultures to evolve into something beautifully new - together.
