Community building & bottom-up design are at the heart so that people can joyfully co-create, live and learn here. The core-community co-owns and governs the space. All people involved grow and protect the culture and vision. Yet fierceful leadership is key, especially in the beginning.

Local and regional landscapes, resources and knowledges lead the way in the design of the space, old traditions mindfully weaved together with other global regenerative ideas and approaches. 

All new solutions and structures established are circular with the focus on local and regenerative sourcing, meaning working with the natural materials, limits and rythms of the Earth. Sustainable buildings, food production, circular water and energy systems are examples of that.
