As a coach, my goal is to support individuals, teams, and organizations with empathy and a deep sense of care. People are at the heart of my work. I firmly believe that every person—and therefore every organization—holds untapped potential. My role is to make these hidden treasures visible and help bring them to life in an honest, appreciative, and scientifically grounded way. My approach is based on the principles of Humanistic Psychology and Regenerative Leadership. Regenerative thinking and action offer a new way to navigate today’s challenges—on both small and large scales—while creating space for meaningful and sustainable development.
My background is in International Business, while I have always worked in the field of education alongside it. Today, I combine these two worlds to guide people and organizations on their journey. I live and work in Münster.
